This place is clean and modern, with a convenient central location near the city center, and the staff was extremely helpful in resolving any issues I had.

Rooms were basic, but clean and adequate for a short stay. The restaurant was really good, the breakfast in particular was amazing. Secure parking was a bonus. The hotel was easy to find from the motorway.

Its incredibly comfortable, very central location was a plus. It took us approximately 15 minutes' drive to the airport.

The location here is convenient and peaceful, with a nice garden area 🌳. They offer a variety of breakfast items like fruit juice, croissants, cereal, and cheese which is great.

It was a convenient break for us on our way from Angouleme to Portsmouth

It was a Sunday and there was little available by way of food. There was a salid which was way too expensive for what it was.The room was expensive for what it was

The hotel is fine for a sleepover and a trip. But just the front facade. The back one should not be rented or should have another price, it is unfortunate to stay in the back.

They gave us a room in the back of the building, ground floor. Unsafe, overlooking the field. The corridors are poorly lit. As it was a ground floor, we couldn't open the curtains, to have privacy. The back part of the building, since it is not equipped as a front to the street (facing the field) should not be used. Or it should have another price. Besides, they should solve that the ground floor is in sight of those who pass in front (maybe a certain unevenness or slatted blinds). The point is that the curtains have to be closed so that you don't feel like you're in a shop window. Very uncomfortable to be in the back, very insecure and without privacy. Not recommended.

The accommodation was great with a fantastic setting just a short distance from the city center. the family room had comfortable beds. - the private bathroom was clean. - the staff were very attentive and helpful.

It's a motel-style hotel with individual studio-rooms that are quite nice. Nothing fancy though. What was great was the restaurant with the appetiser and dessert buffets, and the breakfasts. Staff very nice.

Wifi reception wasn't usable - we were in an end room though, so could have been better elsewhere. Rooms a bit 'no frills'. Had thought we were getting something a bit swankier. It's not walking distance to the city centre, but only 10mins by car.

Free wifi, food excellent. Staff very helpful, nothing was too much trouible. Room comfortable, good value.

Convenient location with easy bus access to the city center and southern France, lovely garden area, fast check-in process, and cozy 3-bed rooms.

The restaurant was well presented and served good quality food. Food was reasonable value, drinks are expensive. Breakfast was excellent.

The rooms are very basic and small, and I thought expensive for what was on offer. The main problem was noise. The hotel is located on a major road junction which never seemed to go quiet. After 6am it is nearly impossible to sleep. It is a motel style hotel so you also get the noise of people wheeling their bags along the corridor. Ask for a room at the back of the hotel where the rooms do not face the road, it may be quieter.

Evening meal was excellent. The self service breakfast was great and the staff were friendly.

The bathrooms could do with renovating but this is a minor point.

The hotel is in a great location next to shops, the channel tunnel, and southern France. We stayed a 10-15 minute walk from Sarthe Development.- The hotel is brand new and the bed was very comfortable. it was very quiet.

What you get is fantastic value for your money.The parking is secure & free.

Restaurant provided excellent food however service was poor which let the experience down The rooms were not ready on arrival and we had to change rooms, however attention to detail was poor as bins were not emptied.

Bathroom showed signs of black mould, showing poor standards of cleanliness
